The Mortar Grinder is an all-purpose mill suitable for a wide range of materials: medium-hard, soft, brittle, fibrous, temperature-sensitive and moist. By pressure and friction, the pestle grinds the material very gentle at the walls and bottom of the mortar bowl.

The FRITSCH Cutting Mills for comminution of soft to medium hard, brittle, fibrous or temperature sensitive materials as well as plastics and for preparation of heterogeneous mixtures. The samples are precisely size reduced or deagglomerated by pass-through cutting and shearing mechanics.

ROTOR / BEATER MILLS

Rotor and Beater Mills are ideal for pre-crushing and fine comminution of soft to medium-hard, brittle, fibrous and temperature-sensitive materials in analytic laboratories or industry. The sample is comminuted at high speed by impact and shearing forces. The final fineness of the samples depends on the selected sieve insert.

JAW CRUSHER / DISK MILLS

POWERFUL AND ROBUST

Jaw Crushers are ideal for pre-crushing of very hard, hard, medium-hard, brittle, tough and temperature-sensitive materials. The sample is crushed under high pressure between one fixed and one movable crushing jaw.
